“The only thing a human has to give is his labor. And he should be treated fairly in exchange for that”
– David Yeremian

Professional Life and Practice

For All Workers is an employment law firm offering services throughout California. Founded by David Yeremian, the firm represents clients in all manner of employment law cases, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination, and harassment. At For All Workers, the ideal client is anyone who has suffered unfair or unequal treatment by an employer. The firm has helped clients with cases involving:

  • Unfair or unequal pay
  • Employers who failed to pay for all hours worked
  • Employers who failed to provide adequate benefits
  • Discrimination and harassment claims

The passion and drive behind For All Workers is helping people. David Yeremian believes that people should be treated fairly. His goal with For All Workers is to help people solve real problems with real solutions. Unlike many of his competitors, David believes that the focus of his practice should be on his clients – helping them understand their legal rights and finding resolutions that work.

David is a child of immigrants, so he has an intrinsic connection to the Latinx community and the difficulties many people have in understanding their rights and what they are legally entitled to.

David is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) and the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA). He has been recognized by Super Lawyers for many years.

Alvin B. Lindsay

Attorney Al Lindsay, a Dean’s List graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and Whittier Law School, is a senior associate with For All Workers. Known as a tough but fair civil litigator, Al zealously represents his clients in all aspects of employment law, including class-action lawsuits, collective actions, and representative claims under the California Labor Code, the Fair Labor Standards Act and unfair competition laws.

Because of the time he invests in his clients, and the long-standing personal relationships with attorneys from other firms, Al is regarded as a consummate professional. Most of his colleagues call him straightforward and decisive, skills he learned during his ten-year career as an officer in the U.S. Army’s  Corps of Engineers. Al is a veteran of Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm, and his extensive experience commanding soldiers with his boots on the ground taught him valuable leadership, organizational management and planning skills. Al now uses this skills to help his clients fight for the best possible outcome for their case.

Outside the courtroom, Al splits his time between the behind-the-scenes legal tasks that help his clients succeed in the courtroom, brainstorms cases with his colleagues, travels and spending time with his family. He also takes some heat for being a Cleveland fan.

Al is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California, the U.S. District Court for the Central, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
